چکیده
Background: Triple Negative Breast Carcinomas (TNBC) are breast carcinomas which negative for Estrogen receptor (ER) Progesterone (PR) and no overexpression of Human Epidermal Growth Factor receptor-2 (HER-2). The five-year survival rate in general is good but the same bad TNBC. TNBC has got worse prognosis compared to hormone positive carcinomas. Aim: aim present study compare invasive lobular with ductal morphologic, immunohistochemical prognostic parameters. Materials Methods: One-year was done at Tertiary Care Centre. Patients all ages were included. Most them 4th 5th decade. Mammography, FNAC Biopsy done. Formalin-fixed mastectomy specimens received MGM hospital screened, diagnosed histopathologically carcinoma over a period one year. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) performed diagnose Results: Total cases – 72. No Cases ER, PR or Her 2/neu 61. (Triple negative) 11 Percentage 15 %. TNBCs show high grade mitotic count 74% 82% respectively. Other hand, some 60% showed only ER positivity without Her-2 25% PR. Invasive subtype reported 18%. Conclusion: Overall aggressive tumors more common younger age groups. Whereas associated decade other subtypes.

متن کاملGastric Metastasis of Triple Negative Invasive Lobular Carcinoma
Invasive lobular carcinomas are the second most common type (5% to 15%) of invasive breast carcinomas. The most frequent sites of breast cancer metastasis are the local and distant lymph nodes, brain, lung, liver, and bones; metastasis to the gastrointestinal system, especially to the stomach, is rare. When a mass is detected in an unusual place in a patient with invasive lobular carcinoma, it ...

PURPOSE Our study is performed to find out clinicopathlogic and immunohistochemical (IHC) characteristics of triple negative invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC), as has been demonstrated in their invasive ductal counterparts. MATERIALS AND METHODS Retrospective analysis of variable clinicopathlogic parameters and IHC stains for androgen receptor, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, p53, c-...
متن کاملTriple negative invasive lobular carcinoma of the breast presents as small bowel obstruction
Metastasis from breast carcinoma to the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) is very uncommon. To date, only a few cases have been described worldwide. Of those which do metastasize to the GIT, only estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and HER2-neu receptor positive cancers have been reported and none have been mentioned in the U.S. We report a case of a 70-year-old white female with hist...
متن کاملAssociation of HDAC8 Expression with Pathological Findings in Triple Negative and Non-Triple Negative Breast Cancer: Implications for Diagnosis
Background: Previous data have shown the tumorigenicity roles of HDAC8 in breast cancer. More recently, the oncogenic effects of this molecule have been revealed in TNBC. The present study aimed to determine the diagnostic value of HDAC8 for the differentiation of TNBC from nTNBC tumors. Methods: A total of 50 cancerous and normal adjacent tumor specimens were obtained, and the clinical and pat...
